Caixa's Opening Accounts App

 

Taking advantage of the moment when all the competition was investing in online account opening initiatives, Caixa invited us to think about the entire flow of acquiring new customers on its digital platforms.

My Role

 

In addition to idealizing the entire navigation structure and interface interactions in its most diverse formats, I also coordinated the entire creative team involved in the project, such as visual designers, UX Writers and, of course, front-end developers.

UX Strategy

 

The planning was clear: we needed to think of a product that would absorb the entire process of opening accounts digitally.

This involved sending documents, proof of identity, choosing products such as service baskets and credit cards, and finally follow-up after submitting the proposal.

Findings & Experience

 

The interface should guide the user through all the steps in a clear and didactic way.

As it was a bureaucratic process, we had two basic challenges: simplifying it as much as possible and ensuring that the interface allowed the user to stop the process and resume it when convenient.

Caixa was a pioneer in the initiative to open online accounts.
