Incentive, sales and training, all in one place.
One of the largest insurance companies in Brazil had a good challenge in mind: capacitate its sales force and, by doing that, improve its anual revenues. In order to help them with this briefing, Seg + BB Seguros was created.
A platform where the sales force of the company could get tips, improve their knowledge on products and sales techniques, track their performances and be rewarded for that.
My Role
In addition to idealizing the entire navigation structure and interface interactions in its most diverse formats, I also coordinated the entire creative team involved in the project, such as visual designers, UX Writers and, of course, front-end developers.

UX Strategy
The idea of the plataform was to engage users with products and perfomance at the same time that it should reward them for that. In order to do that we created a gamification system where users could earn points and rewards by reading articles, getting tips and, of course, developing themselves.
By doing that, we also encouraged them to improve their sales performance using data based charts generated from their sales efforts.
By the time, we combine these two variables (knowledge points and performance score) the platform would reward the users with prizes.
Findings & Experience
One important premisse of this project was that the interface should be modular. In other words, ir had to be planned so that it could be dynamic, showing or hiding some blocks of information depending on the user that was accessing it.
Besides that, we had to balance the bold approach of retail insurance communications with the capacitation perspective of the interface. The idea was to offer relevant content that matched the performance of the users and how they could improve or even maintain it.
